FuelCalc is a fuel expense tracking platform that allows users to:

• Log fuel fill-ups with price, quantity, and odometer readings
• Track and calculate vehicle mileage over time
• Manage multiple vehicles under a single account
• Analyse fuel spending patterns and cost breakdowns
• Access cloud-synced data across devices

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FuelCalc (SlaEditzz) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (fuel logs, vehicle information, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not sell your data to third parties. 7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected

Fuel prices, mileage calculations, and cost estimates are for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual values.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FuelCalc, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
